Try before you buy

Lorebl has a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked. We would much rather you tried it first than bought something that turns out not to suit you.

Our policy

If you buy Lorebl and it is not right for you, email support@lorebl.com within 14 days of purchase and Static Friction LLC will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request one

Email support@lorebl.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and Lorebl returns to trial or unactivated mode. Your project files are yours and stay on your computer regardless.

Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not replace, any refund rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
