I bought Lorebl but never received my licence key

Check your spam folder first — the email comes from our licensing system and is occasionally filtered. If it is not there, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will resend it. You can also use the Lost your key? link on the activation screen to have it sent again.

I lost my licence key

Use Lost your key? on the activation screen, or email us from the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

I am reinstalling, or moving to a new computer

Your licence covers one computer at a time, but you can move it as often as you like. If Lorebl says your key is already in use on another computer, choose Move my licence to this computer on the activation screen. Your old machine is signed out automatically. If that does not work, email us and we will release it for you.

Where does Lorebl store my writing?

In a folder you choose, as ordinary JSON files. Nothing is uploaded. Lorebl also keeps rotating backups in a .backups folder beside your project files. If you ever stop using Lorebl, your data is already yours and readable without it.

System requirements

Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. A macOS version is not available yet.
