1. Who we are

Lorebl is a product of Static Friction LLC, a limited liability company formed in Indiana, United States ("we", "us"). Static Friction LLC is the seller of record for all Lorebl purchases. You can reach us at support@lorebl.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the lorebl.com website and your purchase of a Lorebl licence. Your use of the software itself is governed by the Licence Agreement.

3. Purchases

Lorebl is sold by Static Friction LLC as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment we email a licence key to the address you gave at checkout. If it does not arrive, contact support@lorebl.com and we will resend it.

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute licence keys, or attempt to circumvent the activation system. We may deactivate keys we reasonably believe were obtained fraudulently or shared publicly.

7. Availability

Lorebl runs on your own computer and keeps working whether or not our servers do. Our licensing and update servers are provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the total liability of Static Friction LLC arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
